Shipping
Genral:
We
are located in Orange California and can only ship within the
USA.
Product
Availability:
Most orders are shipped within two to four days. Because many
of the items we sell are produced by small specialty manufacturers
operating on limited cashflow, there are often delays in shipping
certain items. In such cases you will be contacted and alerted
to the projected back order time. You may then wait, cancel, or
switch to another item. As an amusing side-note, consider that
even larger manufacturers often advertise items for many months
or years without actually getting around to producing them! Luckily,
such cases are few and far between!
Returns
and Exchanges:
You may return or exchange (your choice) any part or accessory
within 30 days, (in resellable-as-new condition) for a full refund,
for any reason at all. Exceptions to this policy include unusual
items that we had to special order for you. Also excepted are:
shipping, labor, and complete custom-assembled-to-your-specification
bikes. We are often very flexible on each of these exceptions,
because the bottom line is that we want you to be fully satisfied
with your purchase. All returns must be marked with a return authorization
number or they will be refused.
Shipping
Errors:
If anything in your order is not exactly the way you want it,
just contact us and we will arrange for a speedy exchange. If
the mistake was our error we will cover shipping both ways. If
the error was yours, or resulted from a miscomunnication, we will
cover the shipping of the replacement item back to you in most
cases.
A
final note:
Since this website was produced by ordinary, fallible humans,
an occasional typo or factual error might hypothetically creep
in unnoticed. If you see one, feel free to let us know. As you
would expect, we do not assume responsibility for such errors.
(Luckily they are rare enough that you will probably never spot
one!)
